Congratulations to Tom Drevyn, director of the Miami Starlings, for being honored with the 2017 Ernest Langford Pioneer Award by the Florida Region of USA Volleyball.

The award is presented to a Florida Region member who has embarked on a new initiative or program that has contributed to the growth of the sport and to the overarching goals of the region. This person is considered a trailblazer among their peers and to have contributed a new innovation to enhance the region.
