You can sign up below if there are still spots open. This is a 3rd party group and no Starlings staff will be at this event to answer questions or direct you. There may not be other Starlings volunteers there either.
You must confirm with Lauri via email at Lauri.schwartz@madisonstarlings.org that you were successful in signing up, as well as the names of all individuals that are signed up to volunteer and their status (adult, youth age x, etc). If you have any questions about the volunteering, you would send those to the 3rd party that we have an agreement with: Ken Hoffman (stdconcessions@gmail.com) and should do so as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours before. Lauri will not be available the day/night of the activity. Please follow all their guidelines, including parking instructions, attire, etc.
Madison Starlings wants to provide additional volunteer options, and so is offering these. However, the individuals you may be working with are not part of nor connected with Madison Starlings in any way. Should you encounter anything of concern, Lauri would want to know but won't be able to do so on the days of the events.
You will also need to send Lauri an email after working any event you signed up for and confirm work hours of all those attending. This is the way your dues/fees will be credited for your hours worked. If Lauri does not receive confirmation, she cannot credit you. Knowing ahead of time, Lauri will record that you are scheduled to work it, but it won't be listed as a reduction until AFTER you/others have worked the hours.
We very much appreciate you being willing to volunteer. Let Lauri know if you have any questions or difficulties at least 72 hours prior to the event.
