The Madison Starlings have the opportunity to volunteer at Bratfest 2025 5/23-5/25. If you are interested in volunteering it is easy to sign up.
To volunteer you will have to enter your information at the link below. Our organization is towards the bottom and is listed as Madison Starlings Volleyball Club. Then select what shifts you would like to work.
Each person who volunteers needs to create their own volunteer profile.

You will begin to receive emails from boomerang about the event. If you need to cancel, please make sure you cancel your shift in Bloomerang.
St. Dennis Lighthouse Ministries is a local group that allows volunteers from many different organizations to volunteer for Kohl Center and Alliant Energy center events. Volunteer hours worked will be paid to Madison Starlings Volleyball Club directly, for volunteers who complete working events they sign up for on the link below. Age restrictions apply on many events, due to proximity to alcohol sales.

Madison Starlings volunteers are expected to follow all venue guidelines, including parking instructions, attire, hair & food safety, etc.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
Lighthouse Ministries is a 3rd party group and no Starlings staff will be at this event to answer questions, direct, guide or advise you or your youth. There may or may not be other Starlings volunteers present. Volunteer working with you may be from other charitable organizations, with no knowledge or affiliation with Madison Starlings Volleyball Club.
Any issues on site need to be addressed by venue staff at each venue on the day of volunteering. Starlings staff/coordinators will likely not be available/reachable during each event. Please follow up as soon as possible by writing lauri.schwartz@madisonstarlings.org Please obtain & include the name and contact information of anyone involved at the event as well as provide a description of the circumstances. We do wish to know as soon as possible any concerns, safety issues, injuries, etc.
How to volunteer & get credit towards your dues or support Madison Starlings:

Not showing up harms the reputation of Madison Starlings and presents hardships to all involved. Those working have less help than needed. Those wishing to work events were unable to work them when they could have. Less than 72 hours prior to the event, volunteers are strongly encouraged to find their own age / skill appropriate replacement as well as notify "madisonstarlings@gmail.com" and "lauri.schwartz@madisonstarlings.org" and "stdconcessions@gmail.com" via email, as well as call.
Volunteer hours are recorded for credit towards dues payments. Reach out to find out your balance.
