(Starlings)  Fayetteville Dream Beach Volleyball Club was formed in 2018.  We are blessed to be an affiliate with the Starlings Volleyball program.  Our vision is to serve girls and boys ages 10-18 who want to improve their skills in Beach/Sand volleyball.  Our mission is to teach and reach one, one skill at a time. 

In 2021, we were blessed to start the first ever Indoor Volleyball Club and we are excited to see the development of all of our players.  Coach Rae and our Jr. Trainer, Coach Destinee are excited to continue the journey.  

We ended the season with a 2nd place win in the East Coast Tournament in Jacksonville, Florida with our 18U team and 3rd place with our 15U team.  We did well at Nationals in San Diego, California June 16-19th with the following results:

Destinee Harriott-18U Gold winner in the Poetry division

                                         -Spirit Award and Huddle Leadership Award

                                          which involved GPA of at least 3.5 and 

                                          Community Service

A former player who won the art contest grand prize

6 players attended with a 2nd overall the first day and played 

through until the end building connections and friendships.

Our two seniors (last season)- One attending college on a volleyball scholarship and the other one attending college on an academic scholarship.  Both were top of their class and honor students.

In 2023, we ended the Regional Championships with a 4th place finish with several All- Academic earners. 

From the summer beach season to now, our players have completed the following workshops:  Setting an Academic Portfolio, Financial Literacy, Leadership Skills, Self Esteem, Effective Communication, and Goal Setting with our Life Coach/Director/Coach.

Many of our players are honor students and/are well-rounded student-athletes who are pursuing higher levels in life.

The mission of Starlings Fayetteville Dream Beach and Indoor Volleyball is to reach/teach one player at a time to reach their full potential as a student-athlete physically, mentally, and socially on all levels.  We then train graduates as Junior coaches to give back and gain leadership skills through mentoring and guidance.
