Literary/Art Contest

            This contest was instituted at the 2000 National Championship and has proven to be the highlight of each season.  All girls in a Starlings  program are invited to submit artistic and literary works in a variety of categories.  Cash prizes totaling $1,000 are distributed among winners.  The following
